LESS TIME COORDINATING. MORE CONSIDERATION.

A fairer time to meet.

Bring your time zones together. Share the inconvenient hours.

Possible meeting days

Weeks and allowed days use the planning time zone. Each person’s hours use their own local time.

LOCAL AVAILABILITY

Edit teammate

Preferred is comfortable. Acceptable is allowed, with a fairness cost. Everything else is unavailable. A window ending at 00:00 ends at midnight.

Weekly hours

Date exceptions

Replaces the whole local date. No windows means a day off.

MANUAL OVERRIDE

Choose a time

Only times within everyone’s allowed hours appear. Choosing one pins this week and recalculates the eight-week fairness ledger.

Fairness you can explain.

We plan one meeting per week for eight weeks. A minute inside preferred hours adds no burden. A minute inside explicitly acceptable hours adds one minute of burden. Unavailable hours are always off limits.

  1. Minimize the largest individual burden.
  2. Then minimize total team burden.
  3. Then minimize changes of local meeting slot in the planning time zone.
  4. Break remaining ties with the earliest sequence of UTC starts.

A comfortable fixed slot stays fixed. Equal counts are not forced when doing so would make meetings worse. Counts and minutes describe this draft cycle, not historical attendance.

Actual UTC instants handle daylight-saving changes. Exports include exact dates; calendars are not checked. If the search work limit is reached, we tell you that a better rotation may exist.
