Bring your time zones together. Share the inconvenient hours.
Weeks and allowed days use the planning time zone. Each person’s hours use their own local time.
Start with a fictional global team, or enter your own team. The free beta supports up to 12 people. No account or calendar access is needed for manual planning.
These hours apply in each person’s own time zone. All other hours start as unavailable. Edit each teammate after setup to add explicitly acceptable hours and time off.
Existing device setup will be kept as a recoverable previous team.
This downloads a report for you to share with the person who invited you. It includes local copy/export counts and your answers. No feedback is transmitted automatically.

Preferred is comfortable. Acceptable is allowed, with a fairness cost. Everything else is unavailable. A window ending at 00:00 ends at midnight.
Replaces the whole local date. No windows means a day off.
Only times within everyone’s allowed hours appear. Choosing one pins this week and recalculates the eight-week fairness ledger.
We plan one meeting per week for eight weeks. A minute inside preferred hours adds no burden. A minute inside explicitly acceptable hours adds one minute of burden. Unavailable hours are always off limits.
A comfortable fixed slot stays fixed. Equal counts are not forced when doing so would make meetings worse. Counts and minutes describe this draft cycle, not historical attendance.
Actual UTC instants handle daylight-saving changes. Exports include exact dates. Manual mode uses declared hours; optional calendar checks use a dated availability snapshot. If the search work limit is reached, we tell you that a better rotation may exist.
